Si Texas Project: Summary Report
Sí Texas: Social Innovation for a Healthy South Texas is a five-year project that ended in 2019 by Methodist Healthcare Ministries (MHM). Legacy79 was brought on board to help tell the Sí Texas story. A story that focuses on Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) practices that improve mental and physical health in communities with high rates of poverty, depression, diabetes, obesity, and associated risk factors.
